Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services will host an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting on March 11 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lund ground floor activity room.

The topic of discussion will be “planning ahead.” The meeting is free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
