Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services (ADS) will host an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting on Nov. 11 at 2:00 p.m. in the newly remodeled ADS program area on the ground floor of the Lund Care Center.

The meeting is free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The meeting will be a round table discussion on issues facing caregivers, as well as discussing speakers for 2009.
