Concordia to host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ adult day services will host an Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support group meeting on April 10 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lund ground floor activity room.

The topic for the meeting will be a continued discussion on Hospice care. The meeting is open to all caregivers of individuals living with dementia. Adult care will be available during the meeting as well. This group meets on the second Tuesday of every month.
