Concordia to Host Blood Drive at Cabot Campus

Cabot, PA – As a longtime leader in the Butler County region, Concordia Lutheran Ministries strives to do its part to be a socially responsible organizational citizen. To help replenish the local blood supply, Concordia will host its annual summer blood drive on June 26 in the Lund Care Center ground floor activity room from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. This event is open to the public and refreshments will be provided.

According to the Central Blood Bank, 725 registered donors are needed every day to meet the daily blood needs in this area. To be eligible, donors must be 17 years or older, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good health. Additionally, most medications are acceptable and you can safely donate blood every 56 days.
