Concordia Offers Experts in Cardiac Health for Heart Disease Awareness Month

Cabot, PA – In support of Heart Disease Awareness Month, Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ experts in cardiac health will be available for speaking engagements, discussion groups, support meetings, etc in the western Pennsylvania region.
