Concordia Announces Administrative Promotion

Cabot, PA – Larry A. Talmadge has been named Vice President for Retirement Services, announced Keith E. Frndak, President and CEO, Concordia Lutheran Ministries. 

Talmadge began his career at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in 1995 when he was named Assistant Administrator. He has been the project coordinator for several multi-million dollar construction projects over the last 10 years. As a member of the senior management team, he is responsible for strategic planning, market research, new service development, existing service/process evaluation, overall operations, and related services of retirement living.

Talmadge attended Geneva College with a focus on human resource management and organization development. He is also a Retirement Housing Professional through the national trade association American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).

A member of the Board of Directors for Providence Pharmacy, Talmadge also serves on the Professional Advisory Committees for Concordia Visiting Nurses and Concordia Outpatient Therapy.

Larry and his wife Barbara have three children - Meghan, Zachary, and Jordan.
