Concordia Hires Several Administrative Staff Members
Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries recently made several administrative hires at its Concordia at Cabot location.
Slippery Rock resident Beth Campbell was appointed as Adult Day Services Director, Butler resident Sandra Bright, MSN, RN, CRNP as Nurse Practitioner/Educator and Butler resident Yvonne Kaczmarczyk as Development Assistant/Mission Coordinator.
Beth Campbell
Campbell comes to Concordia with several years of senior care experience, most notably as manager of the Slippery Rock Senior Center. She has a Bachelor of Science in recreation leadership from Slippery Rock University and an Associate degree in therapeutic recreation from State University of New York at Farmingdale.
As director, Campbell is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Adult Day Services program at Concordia. She lives with her husband Timothy, youngest daughter Samantha and dog Lyla. She also has two daughters in college, Jessica and Katie. In her free time she enjoys riding motorcycles, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Sandra Bright
Bright will be working with new nurses for on-boarding, educating staff in a variety of clinical areas, consulting on clinical questions and concerns and developing new clinical programs and protocols.
Her decision to join the CLM team came after, as a nursing instructor for Butler County Community College, she brought students to the Lund Care Center for clinicals.
A graduate of Clarion University (master’s degree in nursing), Slippery Rock University (bachelor’s degree in nursing) and Community College of Allegheny County (associate degree in nursing), Bright most recently worked at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Bright attends Community Alliance Church in Butler and lives in Center Twp. with her husband Eric and four children: David - 17, Rebekah - 16, Matthew - 14, and John - 12. She enjoys reading, playing the piano and spending time with her family.
Yvonne Kaczmarczyk
Kaczmarczyk has completed training as a Certified Development Executive, Certified Christian Gift Planner and Certified Christian Stewardship Associate through the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod Foundation. She worked for 15 years as accountant and Christian Gift Planner at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot.
Her duties include managing the communication and information tracking for grants distributed through Concordia’s Angel Tear Ministries Program, presenting charitable giving workshops and providing the assistance and tools needed to help donors. She will also assist the Director of Development with coordinating and implementing fundraising efforts and donor stewardship.
Currently living in Butler with her husband Jerry, Kaczmarczyk has one daughter, Jalaine. A member at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot, she enjoys reading, antiquing and traveling.
