Concordia Hires Occupational Therapist at Cabot Campus

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation Heather Miller recently appointed New Kensington resident Miranda Watson as an Occupational Therapist at the Concordia at Cabot campus.

Watson comes to Concordia after working in occupational therapy for eight years. Her responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and discharge planning.

“The reputation of Concordia is really what drew me to the organization,” Watson said. “Being in such a pristine work environment is important to me as well.”

Watson holds a Master’s degree in O.T. from Gannon University. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute care, outpatient, and skilled nursing.

Watson said she was drawn to rehabilitation after doing some volunteer work in the field. She lives with her husband Scott and her two-year-old daughter Maggie. She enjoys scrapbooking in her free time and is a member of Dutilh United Methodist Church in Cranberry.
