Concordia Honors Long Time Employees

Cabot, PA – Twenty years means different things to different people. For some, 20 years means the house is paid off. For others, 20 years is how long they’ve been saving for a child’s education. No matter how you look at the number though, 20 years is a significant amount of time.

At the Concordia Lutheran Ministries Christmas Party in December, 25 staff members were honored for their 20+ years of dedication to the organization – and their hard work and efforts did not go unrealized.

In a ceremony led by Concordia President & CEO Keith Frndak, each of the Concordia veterans were recognized in front of the crowd of 520 and given an award for their devotion: a choice between a big screen T.V. and $600 cash or a AAA vacation certificate valued at $2200.

After the ceremony, Concordia CFO Paul Brand presented Frndak with an award himself – he has been with Concordia for 24 years, starting in August of 1983.
