Concordia Medical Equipment Now Approved for Highmark Insured

Cabot, PA –  Concordia Medical Equipment (CME), a durable medical equipment company located in Saxonburg announced today that it can accept Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance effective immediately.

The full-service home medical equipment company, acquired by Concordia Lutheran Ministries earlier this year, provides products and services such as hospital beds, wheelchairs and oxygen.  Michele Peterman, a registered respiratory therapist and executive director of the company, says this will enable CME to better service our constituents.  She began the company two years ago while she continued to work as director of respiratory for a local ventilator unit.
