Concordia Outpatient Therapy Offers Community Fitness Classes

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries Director of Rehabilitation Services Nick Reiser recently announced that Concordia Outpatient Therapy is offering four separate fitness classes for the community.

Classes include:

• Zumba – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:45 – 5:45 p.m. for 12 weeks @ $120.
• Core Fitness – Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:15 – 12:45 p.m. 6 weeks @ $30.
• Muscle Sculpting – Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:45 – 5:45 p.m. 6 weeks @ $60.
• Pilates – Wednesdays: Noon – 12:45 p.m. and Fridays: 4:45 – 5:30 p.m. 12 weeks @ $60.

All classes will be held in the outpatient therapy gym in the Concordia Community Professional Center at 134 Marwood Rd. All necessary equipment (mats, weights, etc) will be sup­plied. Space is limited and payment is due upon registration. Walk-ins will be accepted based on availability, but a $10 “Drop-In” fee will be charged to participants who do not pre-register.
