Concordia Offers YogaStretch Program at Havens

Cabot, PA – A new YogaStretch class designed by the creators of the nationally recognized SilverSneakers Fitness Program is being offered at Concordia Lutheran Ministries for any interested community members.

The program provides a wide range of options for increasing muscular endurance, balance, and restorative breathing. The class meets Mondays at 9:30 a.m. in the Haven III ground floor activity room.

The class, taught by a certified instructor, allows participants to stimulate both their body and their mind, while working at their own pace to build flexibility and endurance. The class is appropriate for individuals who are fit, as well as those who are less mobile.
