Concordia Visiting Nurses Partners with Meadville Medical Center to Form VNA Alliance

Cabot, PA – Concordia Visiting Nurses and Meadville Medical Center jointly announced a partnership between Meadville Medical Center’s Visiting Nurses Association of Crawford County (VNA) and Alliance Visiting Nurses, an organization owned and operated by Concordia Visiting Nurses in Cabot, PA, Wesbury United Methodist Retirement Community in Meadville and St. Paul Homes in Greenville, PA.  Services provided by the new organization will include a full continuum of homecare services.

“This new organization, VNA Alliance, represents the dedicated commitment of four organizations with longstanding track records of excellence in healthcare,” commented Philip Pandolph, Chief Operating Officer of Meadville Medical Center.  “We look forward to the opportunity of working together with Concordia Visiting Nurses, Wesbury, and St. Paul Homes now and well into the future.  Meadville Medical Center highly values our dedicated VNA nurses, therapists and staff, and welcomes them to this new organization.”

Keith Frndak, Chairman of the Board for Alliance Visiting Nurses and Concordia Visiting Nurses added, “I am extraordinarily pleased to join with Meadville Medical Center and our partners to focus on the needs of our communities.  As a direct extension of our mission, I personally see the VNA Alliance as a shared responsibility and an enduring commitment that will enable us to provide continuity of care for our neighbors and surrounding communities.  We at Concordia see the merger as a very positive move that exemplifies our mutual goal to work together for those we are privileged to serve.”
