Concordia's Fourth Fashion Show A Success

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries hosted its fourth annual Fashion Show to a packed house of nearly 300 guests at the Butler Country Club on May 2.

The lilac-adorned event grossed over $13,000 for the Good Samaritan Endowment Fund, Concordia’s charity care fund. Guests were treated to lunch, the fashion show featuring Fashions by Phyllis, a basket drawing with 48 themed baskets, over 125 mystery bags, and jewelry/beauty products.

Once again, Fashions by Phyllis, which has shops in Bellevue and Meadowland, donated 10 percent of its revenue that day to Concordia. Additionally, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, Butler County Chapter, is matching a portion of the proceeds from the event (excluding the basket drawings) with a Care Abounds in the Community Supplemental Grant.
