Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services will host an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting on June 10 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lund ground floor activity room.

This meeting will be an open discussion on issues important to the group. It is free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Adult care will be available during the meeting as well.
