Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services will host an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting on May 13 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lund ground floor activity room.

This meeting will be an open discussion on issues important to the group – specifically planning for the future. It is free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Adult care will be available during the meeting as well.
