Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services (ADS) will host an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting on Sept. 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the newly remodeled program area of the ADS area on the ground floor of the Lund Care Center.

The meeting is free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Adult care will be available during the meeting as well. For more information, please call the director of adult day services at Concordia at 724.352.1571, ext. 8271.
