Concordia Lutheran Ministries to Host Community Health Fair

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host a community health fair on Tuesday, May 26 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. on the ground floor of the Haven III building (entrance #6) on Marwood Rd., Jefferson Twp.

The following groups will be present at the health fair: Allegheny Health and Rehabilitation (chiropractic services), Allegheny Valley YMCA, AVI Food Systems, Butler Health System, Concordia Adult Day Services, Concordia Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing Admissions, Concordia Medical Equipment, Concordia Outpatient Physical Therapy, Diamond Sleep Center, Fred K. Fioravanti, M.D., Dr. Walsh, Good Samaritan Hospice, Laurel Hartshorn, Esq., Nigro Ankle and Foot Care, Saxonburg Family Eye Care, LLC, The Health Help, Tri-County Cardiology, Trinity Hearing Aid, and Tri-Rivers Surgical Associates, Inc.
