Concordia to Host Mental Fitness Series

Cabot, PA – To keep aging minds sharp and active, Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host a five-week Highmark Mental Fitness class series for interested community members beginning Friday, Sept. 11.

The classes will be held in the Adult Day Services (ADS) area of the Lund Care Center on Marwood Rd., Jefferson Twp. The cost for the five-session program is $25 and classes will be held on Fridays at 10:00 a.m. from Sept. 11 – Oct. 9.

Class size is limited to five participants, so those interested are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Course content will include Concordia’s new touch screen computers and MindFit technology.
