Concordia to Offer Flu Vaccine Clinic

Cabot, PA – At the annual Oktoberfest celebration on October 4, Concordia Visiting Nurses (CVN) will offer a community flu vaccine clinic from 3:00 – 6:30 p.m. in the Lund Care Center rear parking area.

Those with Medicare B, Security Blue, or Freedom Blue should bring their insurance cards and CVN will bill their insurance carrier directly. For those with a different insurance provider, the cost for a flu shot will be $30. Receipts will be available if their insurance covers the shot.

The shots will be available to anyone over 10 years old on a first come, first serve basis. For more information, call CVN at 1.877.352.6200.
