Concordia Fashion Show Filling Up Fast, Tickets Still Available

Cabot, PA – A number of tickets are available for Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ fourth annual Fashion Show on Saturday, May 2 at the Butler Country Club. All proceeds benefit the Good Samaritan Endowment Fund, Concordia’s charity care fund.

There are only eight tables still available, so those interested are encouraged to purchase tickets before they’re gone. Tickets are $25 and include lunch, the fashion show, $5 mystery bags, a basket auction, clothes, jewelry and beauty products sale – attendees can even have their nails done.  Once again, Fashions by Phyllis, a clothing retailer who has shops in Bellevue and Meadowland, will provide the fashions for the day. Last year’s event hosted close to 300 people.

The menu for the afternoon is Chilled Strawberry Soup, Polynesian Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Snap Peas & Carrots, and Lemon Chantilly Cake.

The Good Samaritan Endowment Fund provides Concordia with additional funds to support residents with depleted resources. This fund was established in the early 1990s and has since helped hundreds of people meet the expense of the quality health-related services at Concordia.
