New Position Filled at Concordia

Cabot, PA – Cristen L. Fiffik of Franklin Park was named General Counsel, a new position at Concordia Lutheran Ministries by Keith E. Frndak, President and CEO.

She comes to Concordia after a career hiatus of five years.  She left CentiMark Corporation as General Manager of Strategic Alliances in May of 2001 to accept her role as stay-at-home mother having also served as Assistant General Counsel for six years.  CentiMark is North America¹s leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor and the first to achieve a 5A1 Dun & Bradstreet rating based on a strong credit appraisal and a net worth in excess of $50 million.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1992, she earned her B.S. in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri.

A member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, she is financial secretary for St. Matthew Ev. Lutheran Church on the North shore of Pittsburgh, where she is also involved in various fundraising activities for its elementary school.  She and her husband, Michael, a partner in the law firm of Welch, Gold and Siegel, P.C., have two children.
