Good Samaritan Hospice to Host Annual 5K Run/Walk

Cabot, PA – Good Samaritan Hospice (GSH), a mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, will host its eighth annual 5K run/walk on Oct. 11 at the North Park Boat House, with all proceeds benefiting GSH programs for residents facing a life-limiting illness.

The day will start with a 7:30 a.m. prayer service, followed by registration at 8:00 a.m. and the race at 9:00 a.m. Registration fees are $18, and participants registered by September 15 will receive a $3 discount and race shirt and goody bag while supplies last. Sponsorship opportunities are currently available. Last year, over 100 runners/walkers participated in the event.
