Concordia Haven I Facility to Have Open Apartments

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries Director of Retirement Living Services Larry Talmadge recently said he is anticipating 40 apartments becoming available in the Haven I complex upon completion.

The facility, which will include 113 one and two-bedroom units, is set to open in late June. Each unit will have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and full bath, and two-bedroom units will include a powder room. The building will be 185,000 square feet.

Added safety precautions have been taken as well, as the building is fully sprinklered and a large fire pump was added in the water building behind the complex. Other features include a 350-seat dining room with a moveable stage for various entertainment, three elevators, and an emergency generator.
