Concordia Hires Staff Member to New Assistant Administrator Position

Cabot, PA – Michael Kaufman, who has worked for Concordia Lutheran Ministries since May of 2006, was recently appointed to the newly created position of Assistant Administrator at the Concordia at Cabot campus.

Kaufman, who recently finished the Nursing Home Administrator course at Slippery Rock University, will be responsible for assisting in the management of all skilled nursing departments. He will also be coordinating outside marketing initiatives for both inpatient and outpatient rehab services.

Kaufman came to Concordia with a strong background in healthcare and marketing after working as a Senior Clinical Liaison. He also has experience on the service end of healthcare, after working as a recreational therapist for eight years.

Kaufman lives in Connoquenessing, Butler County, with his wife Jayni and daughter Abbigail, 9. He is the president, fire captain, and EMT of the Connoquenessing Volunteer Fire Company, the emergency management co-coordinator of Connoquenessing Township, and a catechist and teacher at St. Fidelis Church.
