Concordia Independent Living Resident Celebrates 85th Birthday

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries Haven II resident Vivian Keracher, formerly of Delmont, will celebrate her 85th birthday this week.

The former Vivian Leonhardt was born in Latrobe, PA on March 8, 1923. She married John Keracher on June 11, 1971 and has one child, Lawrence Noftz of Derry, PA. She also has three grandsons and four great-grandchildren.

Keracher has been a resident at Concordia’s Haven II for nine years. She retired in 1988 after working for 39 years as a secretary for the Pittsburgh Press Company and Pittsburgh Post Gazette and is a charter member at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Greensburg. She currently attends Calvary at Grace Lutheran Church in Butler.

She enjoys word puzzles, picture puzzles, reading, and watching television in her spare time.
