Concordia September Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting Cancelled

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services (ADS) Alzheimer’s/Dementia Caregiver Support Group meeting for September will be cancelled. The group will reconvene for the October meeting tentatively scheduled for Oct. 13.

The support group typically meets on the second Tuesday of each month at Lund Care Center – 134 Marwood Road, Jefferson Twp. The meetings are free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia and adult care is available.
