Concordia Independent Living Resident Celebrates 85th Birthday

Cabot, PA – Concordia Lutheran Ministries Haven I resident Eva Warden will celebrate her 95th birthday with a family party this weekend.

The former Eva Stiteler was born in Indiana, PA on March 11, 1913 and married LeRoy Warden on July 18, 1938 in Maryland. She has three children: Loralee Palmer of Ligonier; Tom Warden of Markle, IN; and Karen Jacobs of Oakmont. She also has 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Warden has lived at Concordia for 14 years since moving from her home in Indiana, PA. She retired after working for 14 years at New Ken Pharmacy as a clerk. She is currently a member at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot.

In her spare time, Warden enjoys gardening, cooking, scrap booking, and reading.
