has been a place with a mission of caring. A place for

heartfelt Christian faith and a strong sense of service to

others help us make a difference every day.

As an organization deeply rooted in history and faith, we take pride in our professionalism and culture here at Concordia. We’re expanding our services to reach more people in need and we’re offering an increasingly wide range of services to seniors and other age groups.

Concordia is a CARF-CCAC accredited Aging Services Network, one of the 100 largest senior care providers in the country, and in the top 2% of the Pennsylvania Department of Health inspection results. At Concordia we go above and beyond the minimum standards for healthcare facilities, and a walk through our halls is all you’ll need to realize that.
