ASSISTED LIVING  

As a participating provider in Concordia’s CARF-CCAC accredited Aging Services Network, assisted living is one of the many services available at Concordia. And because of our continuum of care, we are able to provide a variety of healthcare services for our residents.

Concordia has an outstanding assisted living staff who undergoes a rigorous screening process, receives ongoing training, and is dedicated to each resident’s well being. We provide 24-hour nursing support and supervision as well as physician services. Additionally, the following services are also available to each resident: bathing and personal hygiene, mobility, assistance with medical-related activities and medication, wound care, scheduling of medical appointments and transportation, and meals including the preparation of special nutritional requirements or diets. Housekeeping, laundry, and linens are also included for each resident.

With 538 assisted living beds in the system, Concordia is one of the largest providers in Pennsylvania. Our six facilities feature professionally decorated rooms that can be furnished with personal items, dining rooms to enjoy the home-style meals, and several lounge areas for daily activities. Volunteers and fellow residents offer companionship every day while the activities department organizes trips and events, as well as classes for the residents. Chaplains hold regularly scheduled worship services and Bible classes.
