Business Development Director

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking a Business Development Director to help develop and expand new business opportunities. Activities include: property acquisition, construction, and studying new service opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of project management, developing, sourcing, analyzing, due diligence, negotiating and closing transactions. BA Degree in engineering, business, financial or related discipline; MBA preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and

Director of Fundraising and Development

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is looking for a Director of Fundraising and Development to support a growing not-for-profit

organization. Primary responsibilities include all fundraising

activities (capital campaigns, special events, planned giving,

direct mail appeal, solicit gifts, donor recognition programs,

management of charitable gift annuity program, grant writing

and corporate fund raising). Must have experience. Bachelors

degree required. Strong communication skills including ability

to write and speak persuasively about the organization. Demonstrated success and evidence of ability to plan and

execute a fund drive. Computer and database experience.

Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships.

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Activities Assistant

Concordia is looking for a full-time Activities Assistant to help plan, organize and coordinate a recreation program to meet the needs of the Skilled Nursing Residents. A Therapeutic Recreation degree and/or experience is preferred. 

RN & LPN

Part-time and casual RNs and LPNs needed for all shifts in the Skilled Nursing Division.

CNAs

New base is $10.80/hour; $11.30/ hour with the afternoon shift differential and $11.80/hour with the health insurance supplement.  Full-time or part-time CNAs needed for the afternoon

shift in the Skilled Nursing Division.

Nurse Aides

New base is $10.20/hour; $10.70/hour with the afternoon shift differential and $11.20/hour with the health insurance supplement. Full-time and part-time Nurse Aides needed for an additional 100 Assisted Living beds being added in the near future.

College students also needed for the 5-10 p.m. shift.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Concordia is looking for a Occupational Therapy Assistant committed to excellent patient care to provide "P.R.N." coverage at our Cabot and Rebecca Residence locations.  Current C.O.T.A.

Pa. Lic. required.  Competitive rates.

Laundry Aide

Part-time Laundry Aide needed on the early morning shift.
