OPEN POSITIONS
Responsibilities include performing a broad scope of project work supporting the CEO and acting on his behalf for multiple levels of administrative duties. Coordinating meetings and appointments, receiving/screening telephone calls, writing and editing correspondence including board reports, attending meetings as recording secretary, establishing and maintaining files, interaction with residents, management, employees and business constituents. Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced growing environment is required. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, problem solving and independent judgment. Advanced level of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet knowledge. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience in an Administrative Assistant capacity. AS or BA/BS is a plus.
