Located in Cabot’s scenic country setting, Concordia at Cabot offers the entire spectrum of healthcare-related services all in one convenient location. This continuum of care is what sets us apart from many other senior care providers.

This gorgeous, 167-acre campus is home to the Lund Care Center, Oertel Care Center, and Concordia Haven Retirement Apartments. With one lake, four ponds, and miles of woodlands, the surroundings here will take your breath away.

At Concordia, we put enormous value in safety and comfort. All of our buildings are secure, complete with emergency call devices and 24-hour nursing support. We are confident in our experienced, dedicated staff, many of who have been here for years.

The most recent addition to the Concordia at Cabot campus was the Lund Care Center expansion, which features the Concordia Community Professional Suite. The professional suite includes specialty doctors’ offices, X-ray facilities, and lab services.

Concordia at Cabot is the birthplace of Concordia Lutheran Ministries and the headquarters of the organization. Since our humble beginnings in 1881, we have remained faithfully dedicated to those we serve, whether they are seniors, children, or anyone else for that matter.
