REHABILITATION SERVICES
At Concordia, our outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation programs are designed to treat a wide range of medical and post surgical conditions by offering patients comprehensive services in all three major disciplines: physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech/language pathology. Concordia Outpatient Therapy was developed to help patients find relief from pain and regain their strength, independence and mobility.

Our services include individualized therapy sessions, an aquatic therapy pool, treadmills, traction units to treat patients with low back and neck pain, and multiple cardio stations for upper and lower body exercise. While we have the latest innovative equipment, the foundation of our therapy sessions is one-on-one, hands-on therapy treatment.

Concordia’s rehabilitation staff is highly qualified, motivated, and professional. Patients can be referred to Concordia’s outpatient program through a physician or a self-referral for an initial evaluation. Concordia rehabilitation participates in many government and private insurance plans, including Medicare/Medicaid, Aetna/US Healthcare, all High Mark Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, and Health America/Health Assurance/Advantra. Our staff is flexible to accommodate your scheduling needs. We offer day, evening and weekend hours.
