With private balconies and patios, wall to wall carpeting, curtain rods and sheers, full kitchen with 30” electric range, microwave, and standard size refrigerator, full size bathroom with bathing safety devices, large closets for clothes and storage, additional 5’x 6’ storage bin for seasonal items, individually controllable thermostats for heating and air conditioning, hook-ups for television and telephones, and garages (available for a monthly fee), the Havens are designed with every convenience in mind.

Safety and security are prime considerations as well. The buildings are constructed with fire-resistant walls, smoke detectors in every apartment, sprinklers in the storage areas, and each building is locked at all times. Each apartment is connected through an intercom system for additional safety.

Monthly fees include routine maintenance service, transportation to local shopping centers and grocery stores, help with medical forms and income taxes, individual local trips for medical appointments (on a limited basis), and a medical alert system. Whether our residents choose to relax or stay active, they will be safe and comfortable at the Havens.

Concordia at the Orchard also offers a number of lovely retirement living apartments, conveniently located 5 minutes from the Clearview Mall.
