The Concordia Haven Apartments offer every convenience of home with the breathtaking backdrop of our 167-acre Cabot campus, just 30 miles north of Pittsburgh. Everything from the top-quality construction and attractive design of our one- and two-bedroom apartments to the friendliness and attentiveness of our staff provide you with the area’s most fulfilling senior living experience.

The 330 apartments are home to those who live here, and the nurturing Concordia community becomes an extended family for our residents. By offering the best combination of quality and affordability, the Havens allow you to enjoy your retirement years to the fullest. Some of the comforts and conveniences include:

• Wall-to-wall carpeting
• Curtain rods and sheers
• Full kitchen with 30” electric range, microwave, and refrigerator
• Full bathroom with bathing safety devices
• Large closets plus a storage area for seasonal items
• Individually-controlled thermostats
• Hook-ups for cable TV and phone service
• Laundry within each apartment (Haven I & III)
• A limited number of garage spaces (additional monthly fee)

Safety and security are prime considerations as well. The buildings are constructed with fire-resistant walls, smoke detectors in every apartment, sprinklers in the storage areas, and a locked entryway. Each apartment is connected through an intercom system for additional safety.

Monthly fees include routine maintenance service, transportation to local shopping centers and grocery stores, help with medical forms and income taxes, individual local trips for medical appointments (on a limited basis), and a medical alert system.
