CONCORDIA AT RIDGEWOOD PLACE

Located in Plum Borough, Allegheny County, Concordia at Ridgewood Place is easily accessible from Monroeville, New Kensington and the Alle-Kiski Valley. A CARF-CCAC accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community, this is a cozy, comfortable facility, situated in a suburban neighborhood.

Concordia at Ridgewood Place was built in the late 1990s. Our residents receive personalized medical attention from our 24-hour nursing staff and on-call physicians. As an added measure of security and safety, each bedroom is equipped with a nurse-call system.

We have an excellent staff-to-resident ratio and are committed to increasing our residents’ quality of life. Going above and beyond typical senior care leisure services, our activity program includes musical performances almost every afternoon, polka parties, various themed days, and tailored activity programs for people with varying degrees of dementia.

Concordia at Ridgewood Place is a participating provider in Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ CARF-CCAC accredited Aging Services Network – one of only a few in the world.
