CONCORDIA AT RIDGEWOOD PLACE

Located in Plum Borough, Allegheny County, Concordia at Ridgewood Place is easily accessible from Monroeville, New Kensington and the Alle-Kiski Valley. A cozy, comfortable facility, it is situated in a suburban neighborhood.

Concordia at Ridgewood Place is a newer facility, built in the late 1990s. Our residents receive personalized medical attention from our 24-hour nursing staff and on-call physicians. As an added measure of security and safety, each bedroom is equipped with a nurse-call system.

We have an excellent staff-to-resident ratio and focus on making our residents happier and safer. Going above and beyond the typical senior care activities, our activity program includes musical performances nearly each morning, polka parties, various themed days, and tailored activity programs for people with varying degrees of dementia.
