The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. For information regarding Concordia’s coronavirus precautions and cases, please click here. We have also began publishing regular video devotions from our Chaplains. Around 700 Enjoy Concordia 130th Anniversary Summer Festival

August 2, 2011

On a picture perfect summer afternoon last Sunday, July 31, an estimated 700 residents/patients (including independent/retirement living, personal care and skilled nursing), staff, family and community members assembled behind the Lund Care Center for the Concordia 130th Anniversary Summer Festival.

Entertainment included the Speez-Acts circus performers, magician Steve Haberman and Concordia's In-House Band, which features several staff members. LCMS Eastern District President Dr. Chris Wicher delivered an excellent sermon during the worship service, focusing on "Loving People All These Years."

Special thanks to those who attended, Dr. Wicher and those who helped with the worship service, and the dozens of volunteers that helped make the day one to remember. Check out the pictures below and feel free to leave a comment! Want to contact us directly? Call 724.352.1571 or e-mail here.
