Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. Concordia Accepts Excellence in Quality Care Award

We're a tad late on this one but still wanted to post it (scroll down for the video). At a ceremony on Jan. 6, PA Secretary of Aging John Michael Hall presented Concordia Vice President of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Charlene Kline with the inaugural Excellence in Quality Care Award.

Concordia Skilled Nursing received the highest possible rating under the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Five-Star Quality Rating System and had no deficiencies during its annual inspection by the state Health Department.

Secretary Hall noted that the 12 facilities awarded represent less than two percent of the 631 Pennsylvania facilities that participate in the Medical Assistance program. He also said about
