Tabatha: I choose to work for Concordia because they offer competitive pay, great health insurance and room to grow.

Tabatha: I love having the opportunity to care for our residents as if they were family – it makes them and their families feel safe, comfortable and happy.
Q: How do you best serve your residents?
Tabatha: By always putting their needs before anything else, and making them feel like they can always come to me.

Tabatha: I enjoy spending time at home with my loved one and dogs, taking the dogs for walks, and fishing.
Q: Can you tell us about a time you and/or your co-workers went above and beyond during the pandemic?
Tabatha: Every day. Our team works countless hours and different shifts and positions to ensure our residents are receiving the best care possible during such a traumatic time.
