The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. Concordia Legacy Society Members Honored at Luncheon

June 26, 2012

"It takes a noble man to plant a seed for a tree that will someday give shade to people he may never meet." ~ David Trueblood

The Ninth Annual Concordia Legacy Society Appreciation Luncheon was held June 19 at, for the first time, the Butler Country Club. Hosted by Concordia's executive leadership team, the event acknowledges those who have left a legacy gift to Concordia, such as putting the organization in their will or charitable gift annuity. A number of pictures from the event are below.

The Keynote Speaker for the event was Chairman of Concordia's Board of Directors Stephen Johnson, who discussed his family's longstanding relationship with the organization - his grandmother and father received care here and his mother currently lives at Concordia of the South Hills. He also talked about Concordia's growth and the impact Legacy Society Members have had on it.

Also participating in the event were Director of Development Jennifer McIntire, Director of Chaplaincy Rev. Jack Hartman and President and CEO Keith Frndak.

Special thanks to those who were able to attend and those who helped put the event together. For more information on the Legacy Society or other charitable giving options at Concordia, call Director of Development Jennifer McIntire at 724.352.1571, ext. 8363, e-mail here or visit the Give A Gift section of our website.
