The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. Concordia Wins 2015 Business Champion Award | Video

September 22, 2015

At Concordia Lutheran Ministries, we’re guided by our mission of caring for people in a Christian environment, and serving those with limited funds to the best of our ability. Somewhere along the line in our 134-year history, we learned a valuable lesson: if we don’t apply sound business practices, we won’t be able to help nearly as many people, for nearly as long. As the old saying goes, “No margin, no mission.”

So when we won a “Business Champion” award, we interpreted that to mean “Strength of Mission” award.

Concordia was presented with the Annual Butler Chamber of Commerce 2015 Business Champion Award at the Chamber’s “Celebrate Business” Annual Dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 9. This award honors an outstanding business that displays vision, ingenuity, commitment and determination. President and CEO Keith E. Frndak accepted the award at the event.

The video below was created to illustrate the story of Concordia through the comments of our current leaders. Take a look, and as usual, feel free to comment! You can also message us through the Contact form here on our website, or call our headquarters at 1-888-352-1571.
