At Concordia, our Adult Day Services program is designed for those with physical difficulties and memory impairment. Concordia Adult Day Services is open to the community and accepting new participants. The program is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Participants can enjoy socializing with others, while feeling safe in a cozy home-like environment and receiving nutritious meals.
Adult Day Services allows family caregivers the opportunity to work, grocery shop, meet with friends, go to appointments and more. They can do what they need while their loved one is in the care of Adult Day Services and find comfort knowing that their loved one is in a safe environment receiving the care they need by compassionate staff.
Additionally, Concordia at Cabot even offers a monthly Caregiver Support Group that is open to the public. The group is held on the second Tuesday of every month at the Concordia at Cabot Lund Care Center and any caregiver is welcome to attend. Be sure to learn more about Concordia’s Adult Day Services and caregiver support group from Director of Adult Day Services Stefanie Dietrich in the “Day in the Life Video” above!
