The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. Mother’s Day 2020: A Video Greeting to our Residents

May 8, 2020

From the Concordia family, we want to wish all of the mothers and mother figures a happy Mother’s Day this Sunday!

For many families, especially families whose loved one is a resident at a skilled nursing, personal care, assisted living or retirement community, the holiday is going to look quite different this year. Despite the differences, we wanted to make sure our residents knew how loved and appreciated they are while still making the day special.

To do this, we asked our Activities Directors to let residents’ family members know they can send us a “thinking of you” Mother’s Day video to share with their loved one and online. We were overwhelmed by the response. A huge THANK YOU to all of the families who sent in greetings. Take a look at the final video below and don’t forget to wish mom a happy Mother’s Day this Sunday!
