The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Brooke Frazier!

Brooke joined the Concordia family as a Dietary Aide for Concordia at Cabot in September of 2015. She served our Retirement Living residents at the Concordia Haven Apartments until the end of 2017. In January of 2018, she accepted a Nursing Assistant role for Concordia at Cabot’s Personal Care unit.

Brooke describes Concordia as “caring.”

“Concordia genuinely cares about our residents. The team goes out of their way to make sure that our residents have everything they need to feel comfortable living here.”

Brooke told us she likes working for Concordia because of the great nurses she gets to work with and the relationships she has formed with our residents.

“I enjoy seeing our Retirement Living residents come to visit our Personal Care residents. It’s a great feeling to see them and know that they remember you. It’s nice to joke around with our residents.”

Brooke spends her time outside of Concordia with her friends. She loves any outdoor activities, including hunting and fishing!

She told us that she is motivated to succeed by continuous self-improvement.

“I strive to be a better person, not only for myself, but for others as well.”
