My Concordia Career: Rhonda Mehelich’s Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Rhonda Mehelich!

Rhonda began her Concordia career in August of 2014 at Concordia of Cranberry as a Nurse Aide. She later transitioned into her current role of Licensed Practical Nurse upon earning her LPN credentials in 2016.

Rhonda described the Concordia organization as “caring.” When we asked her all of our questions, her care and compassionate for our residents resonated in every answer.

“I choose to work for Concordia for a few reasons. The benefits package is excellent. I also enjoy my co-workers; but most importantly, I’m here for our residents. My favorite memories include the time I have spent with both past and current residents. I am motivated to succeed every day because of my responsibility to take care of our residents and their families. I do have a secret talent of calming our residents as well.”

When Rhonda isn’t busy providing exceptional care to our residents, you’re likely to find her relaxing at home. She also enjoys cross-stitching and riding motorcycles!
