My Concordia Career: Tiffany Steiner’s Story

November 15, 2018

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals!

TiffanySteinerLet us introduce you to Tiffany Steiner, an Activities Aide for Concordia at Cabot. Tiffany began her career in 2008 in Housekeeping at our Cabot campus and later transitioned into our Activities department.

Tiffany joined the Concordia Family after being referred by family members of her own who work at our Cabot campus location. She describes Concordia as “caring” and states that it is a blessing to work for an organization who values their employees.

“I love Concordia because they truly care about all of their employees and make you feel like family. It’s difficult to find a company that is genuine in the compassion they show to their employees. I plan to retire from Concordia!”

Tiffany also cites the supportive and positive culture of Concordia as one of the reasons she loves her career with us:

“My department and my boss are always supportive and encouraging to one another. They motivate me to do my best and help to develop my talents. We all help each other grow. Every day I get to work with people who make me smile and I’m very thankful for that. There is something special that happens in every work day to let you know you’re doing a good job and it makes you feel good when you leave.”

Tiffany’s favorite Concordia memories come from our annual Christmas party. She gets to spend the evening with her work family and non-work family!

“Practically my entire family works for Concordia and we all attend our Christmas party, so the event feels like a family reunion! The Christmas parties are always so nice and you can tell that there is a lot of effort that goes into the planning. I think the party is such a wonderful thing that Concordia does for their employees. We are all truly blessed.”

Tiffany expresses her creativity outside of the office as well and enjoys crafting, painting, writing poetry, decorating and making flower arrangements.

We are all very thankful for Tiffany’s talents, positive personality, and sweet nature. Our residents love her and she puts many smiles on their faces every day!
