The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. Concordia to Host Alzheimer's Support Group Meeting

Cabot, PA - Concordia Lutheran Ministries’ Adult Day Services (ADS) will host an Alzheimer’s Association Affiliated Caregiver Support Group on Tuesday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. in the ADS program area in the Lund Care Center.

The January meeting topic will be “Taking Care of Yourself - 10 Ways to be a Healthier Caregiver.” The meetings are free and open to all caregivers of individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Free adult care is available. The support group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Lund Care Center - 134 Marwood Road, Jefferson Twp.
