The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. Are you currently looking, or thinking of looking, for a nursing home for a loved one? If so, everyone at Concordia understands how difficult that decision can be - it may, in fact, be one of the toughest decisions you will ever have to make.

If a loved one needs to move to a nursing home, it means they can no longer care for themselves and are in a vulnerable state. We’ve been working with seniors for over 135 years, so we can empathize with you during this time, and want you to know that you are not alone going through this process. You will find the right fit for your loved one so they can continue living a meaningful, fulfilling life.
