Concordia Acquires Two New Locations

Cabot, PA - Today, Concordia Lutheran Ministries acquired two facilities: Sunrise of Cranberry and Sunrise of Fox Chapel.  Concordia's Board of Directors approved the purchase to further enhance opportunities for Concordia's mission and future.

The facility now called Concordia of Cranberry is a licensed personal care home at 10 Adams Ridge Boulevard in Mars, just a few miles from the Cranberry central business district.  It consists of 60 units with 84 beds licensed for personal care services.  The location now called Concordia of Fox Chapel is a memory care senior living community at 931 Route 910 in Cheswick.   It has 46 units with 58 beds designed to care for those with memory disorders.

Concordia President and CEO Keith Frndak said, "We are looking forward to the opportunity to serve more and to serve better.  Both facilities are in remarkable condition and will support our growing continuum of care.  We believe these facilities are great additions to the Concordia Lutheran Ministries family and will easily be supported by Concordia's other services."

Frndak is available for interviews today. Please call Director of Public Relations Shirley Freyer at 724.352.1571, ext. 8266 to coordinate.
