Concordia and Alzheimer's Association Partner to Provide Four-Part Educational Series

Jefferson Twp., PA - The Alzheimer's Association and Concordia Lutheran Ministries have collaborated to provide a four-part educational series on Alzheimer's & Dementia. All sessions are scheduled on Mondays, July 1, 8, 22 and 29 from 7 - 8 p.m. in the Haven I Dining Room located at 112 Marwood Rd., Entrance 2A on the Cabot campus.

The first session will be an overview of the Alzheimer's and Dementia diseases. The following three topics include Communication and Behavior, Legal/Financial and Late Stage/End Stage/Hospice. Concordia's Good Samaritan Hospice Community Educator, Candy Hepler, R.N., will present the final session on Hospice care.
